The tile factory project is being built on an area of approximately 80 hectares, with a total investment of VND 986 billion. It is designed with modern, environmentally friendly technology and is expected to enhance the production capacity of high-quality construction materials, meeting domestic demand and aiming for export to international markets.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Mai Anh Tam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Create Capital Vietnam JSC, shared:

“We firmly believe that, with the strategic location of Minh Quan Industrial Park in Tran Yen, Yen Bai Province and the close cooperation of our partners—especially Viet Panel, a reputable and long-standing contractor—the project will be implemented on schedule, with assured quality, and soon come into effective operation.”

The representative of Viet Panel Construction Co., Ltd also committed: “We will mobilize maximum human resources, equipment, and apply advanced technical measures to ensure construction progress, quality, and labor safety throughout the implementation process, in response to the trust from CRC.”

The commencement of the 10,000,000 m²/year tile factory marks not only a significant milestone in the company's development but also contributes to the local socio-economic growth and job creation for hundreds of workers in Yen Bai Province.
