MERGER OF CREATE CAPITAL VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY AND CRC SOLAR CELL JOINT STOCK COMPANY
In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022, number 0904/CRC/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated April 9, 2022, and the resolution of the Board of Directors, number 1411/2023/NQ-HĐQT, regarding the merger of the company and the policy on the use of funds to acquire shares in CRC Solar Cell Joint Stock Company (Business Registration Number: 5400372178).
CRC Solar Cell Joint Stock Company is a factory specializing in the production of solar panels, located in Luong Son Industrial Park, Hoa Binh Commune, Luong Son District, Hoa Binh Province. The company is a domestic capitalized pioneer in the solar panel manufacturing industry in Vietnam.

On May 2, 2024, Create Capital Vietnam successfully completed the acquisition of shares from the existing shareholders of CRC Solar Cell Joint Stock Company, bringing the total number of shares held by Create Capital Vietnam to 30,000,000 shares (30 million shares), accounting for 85.7% of the company's charter capital. This means that from May 2, 2024, CRC Solar Cell officially became a subsidiary of Create Capital Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
